Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    35 to 40 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Cool and cut into small pieces.
    Place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
    Crumble crackers and spread over soup mixture.
    Sprinkle with poppy seed and pour melted margarine on top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
