Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 boxes frozen broccoli
    1 large block Mexican Velveeta cheese or 1/2 mild or 1/2 hot in the smaller size
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 3/4 box Minute rice
    1 large jar sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown and drain hamburger meat.
    Cook frozen broccoli as directed and drain.
    Heat cream of mushroom soup.
    Melt Velveeta cheese.
    Cook Minute rice as directed.
    Mix all ingredients together in a large baking dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until hot all through.
    Serves about 10 to 12.
