St. Croix Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
12 hard-cooked eggs
1 c. sliced olives
1 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Blend cheese, mayonnaise and spices.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Use 1/2 cup mixture per 1/2 pita bread.
