Grated Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Potatoes
    Butter
    Salt and Pepper
    Half and Half
Preparation
    Boil potatoes. Grate potatoes as you would cabbage (easiest when potatoes are cold). Grease pan. Put potatoes in layers with salt and pepper and butter dots in between layers. Pour 1/2 pint or more (I use 1 pint for 9x12 pan) of Half and Half over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown on top.
