Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped cabbage
    1 lb. zucchini, peeled and sliced
    1 c. frozen peas or 8 oz. can
    1 c. cauliflower, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    cooked pasta (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil lightly.
    Add cabbage and celery and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add other vegetables, tomato sauce and water.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add herbs.
    If you want it more soupy, you can add more water or sauce.
    Can also add other vegetables like potatoes or broccoli.
    If you want, you can cook some small pasta (ditalini or small shells) and add to soup.
