Vegetable Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1/4 c. grated cucumber
1 small onion, grated
3/4 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
In mixing bowl add other ingredients. Beat until well mixed.
Spread on bread of your choice.
