Sugarless Peach-Apple Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. peaches, peeled, pitted and cut up (about 12)
1 (1 1/2 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
Preparation

In a 4-quart kettle mash peaches well; add apple juice.
Bring to boiling point, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes or until very thick.
Stir often as mixture thickens.
Press mixture through a sieve or food mill.
Ladle into hot clean jars (1/2 pint).
A good spread for toast or biscuits.
