Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium size green peppers
    1 c. boiled ham, diced
    1 c. fresh corn
    1 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered for topping of peppers
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut off tops of peppers (remove inner fillers).
    Parboil peppers 2 to 3 minutes before stuffing.
    Mix ham, corn, tomatoes and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
    Fill peppers.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
