Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. lemon peel (optional)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 to 3/4 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, mustard and cornstarch; slowly stir in vinegar. Add rest of ingredients; stir over low heat until thickened. Makes about 2 cups.
