Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetables with seasonings
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation

In saucepan, put chicken, vegetables with seasonings, water and ginger; cook on medium high until bubbly.
Cover saucepan; turn burner to low.
Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
In a bowl, put orange juice and cornstarch.
Mix into chicken mixture; cook 2 minutes more.
Spoon chicken mixture over the noodles.
Makes 4 servings.
