Hearty Baked Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 lb. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
    4 oz. part skim Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly spray a 9 x 9 x 2-inch casserole with vegetable oil spray.
    In a small bowl, combine tomato puree, water, Italian seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
    In another bowl, combine cottage cheese, onion powder and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
