Natural Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced and peeled apples
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Quaker 100% natural cereal (any flavor)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine apples, water and lemon juice in large bowl.
    Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; toss with apples.
    Layer in an 8-inch square glass baking dish.
    Combine cereal and margarine; sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
    Serve warm. Top with frozen yogurt, whipped cream or ice cream.
