Crusty Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 cup bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Put into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Cut 2 slices of buttered bread to cubes. Sprinkle over tomato mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve.
