Lobster Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. lobster meat
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt and red pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Boil water; add butter and melt.
    Add lobster meat.
    Simmer. Add flour, a little at a time.
    Add milk, while stirring fast. Add seasonings and keep stirring until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add sherry.
