Marsha'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small, chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper
    12 lasagna noodles
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 large can cut up tomatoes
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 tsp. basil
    1 large carton cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. Parmesan
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    Mozzarella cheese (amount as desired)
Preparation
    Cook together meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper until brown.
    Add oil and oleo to water and boil noodles.
    After meat is brown; drain and add tomatoes, sauce, paste, basil, salt and pepper.
    Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
