French Fried Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Ore-Ida crinkle fries
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley flakes
Preparation
    Line bottom of a 2-quart casserole with butter chunks.
    Pour bag of fries on top.
    Sprinkle with minced onion, salt and pepper. Cover with whipping cream and sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Not recommended for cooking ahead and/or freezing.
    Simple and delicious.
    Serves 6 to 8.
