Fresh Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. capers
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper
    dash of garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 to 4 drops hot sauce
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine
    all ingredients, except lettuce.
    Stir to mix. Cover and chill
    1 to 2 hours.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
    Yields 4 servings.
