Brenda Tapley'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 tube crackers, crushed
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Mix all other ingredients except crackers, oleo and enough cheese to layer top.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Mix remaining cheese and cracker crumbs in melted oleo.
    Sprinkle on top of macaroni.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly or lightly browned.
