Yankee Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix and stir together flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Combine egg, milk, cream-style corn and oil; add all at once to dry ingredients.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
