Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 stick butter, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    1 can beef broth
    1 can beef consomme
Preparation
    Place onions in baking dish.
    Pour melted butter over onions. Add rice, beef broth and consomme.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
