My Favorite Carolina Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. white vinegar
1 c. apple cider
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp. hot sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Stir.
Use as a basting sauce for pork or serve with pork barbecue.
Yields 1 quart.
