Colorful And Chewy Potato Salad(Makes About 9 Pounds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 lb. nice potatoes
    3 carrots
    3 stalks celery
    1 large yellow onion
    1 red onion
    1 large green bell pepper
    5 Tbsp. sweet relish
    10 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise (or more)
    1 small pkg. radishes
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, cook until done, but firm.
    While potatoes are cooking, put eggs on to boil.
    Dice celery, green pepper, onion and radishes; shred carrots.
    When potatoes are done, rinse with cold water.
    Add to sweet relish and other vegetables.
    Mix well. Add 7 eggs and mayonnaise; mix.
    Slice 3 eggs on top and dust with paprika.
