Cheese Daisies(6 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened (or butter)
    1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. plain flour (not sifted)
    pecan halves for top of each
Preparation
    Cream butter and 2 cheeses with hand.
    Add unsifted flour, salt and red pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape in 4 long rolls.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill 1/2 hour.
    Slice like a silver dollar.
    Put pecan half on top of each, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes or until tan around the edges (will get bitter if cooked too long).
    Take up while hot and cool on Scott towels.
