Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, separated
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. plain flour

Preparation

Mix potatoes, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and melted margarine. Add egg whites that are beaten.
Grease a dish and pour ingredients into it.
Mix topping (last 4 items) and pour on sweet potatoes.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
