Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 can cream-style corn
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
3 whole eggs
1 chopped onion
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Saute green pepper and onion in butter.
Mix all ingredients together and put in covered baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in covered dish for 45 to 60 minutes, until set.
