Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small can sliced olives
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 c. shredded cheese
6 flour tortillas
1 Tbsp. chili powder
salt to taste
1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onions.
Add olives, chili powder, salt and tomato sauce.
Place buttered tortilla in casserole, top with meat sauce and cheese.
Alternate layers.
Garnish top with shredded cheese.
Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes with cover on casserole dish.
