Potato Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. soft shortening
    1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
    7 to 7 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; stir in sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and potatoes.
    Mix in flour.
    Knead on floured surface until smooth.
    Roll in oil.
    Put in bowl.
    Cover.
    Put in refrigerator for 1 1/2 to 2 hours before making into rolls.
    Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours or double.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 13 minutes.
    May be kept in refrigerator.
