Corn-Crisped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. corn flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces into evaporated milk.
    Mix corn flakes, salt and pepper and roll chicken in mixture.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender when pierced with a fork.
