Spiced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant tea with lemon
    1 c. Tang
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 bucket berry juice
    1 bucket water
Preparation
    Add 2 1/4 pounds sugar to each gallon after mixing.
    Pour into a barrel or crock until filled to top; cover with cheesecloth. Allow to ferment; fill with water every other day until fermentation ceases to run over.
    Allow to stand a total of 30 to 35 days.
    Take up, put in bottles and seal.
    Makes first class wine.
