Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
5 Tbsp. melted butter
3 egg yolks
2 lemons (rind and juice)
5 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
Preparation

Combine sugar, butter and egg yolks.
Then add lemon rind and juice, flour and milk.
Mix this all together, then last of all, add stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into 2 pie pans.
Bake in slow oven for about 3/4 of an hour.
