Cranberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. almond extract
1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. warm water
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
-
Place half of batter in pan.
On top drop 1/2 can of whole cranberry sauce.
Cover with rest of batter.
Drop rest of sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
