Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baking size sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated whole nutmeg
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
    pastry
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in thin slices.
    Place in a deep casserole dish.
    Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg; add to potatoes, along with a cup of water.
    Cut butter in pieces and layer over ingredients.
    Cover with your pastry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
