Chilorio(Pork Filling For Burritos) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork (shoulder or butt)
    5 ancho chilies, dried
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. liquid (water)
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. cumin
    vinegar or white wine
Preparation
    The Meat:
    Cut the pork into 1-inch cubes.
    Cover with water and cook for 45 minutes or until water has evaporated and the meat is barely browned.
    Remove meat from the pan and shred it with the tines of 2 forks.
    Save the fat that remains.
