Yams With Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) peach halves, undrained
    1 (17 oz.) can vacuum packed yams or sweet potatoes, mashed
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. brandy or brandy flavoring
    1/2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place peach halves, cut side up, on glass serving platter. Combine 4 tablespoons peach syrup and remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Spoon mixture into peach halves. Microwave on Reheat for 6 to 7 minutes or until hot. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
