Myrtle'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable oil or butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    14 oz. crushed pineapple
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Add flour, cinnamon and soda.
    Fold in pineapple plus juice.
    Add remaining ingredients.
