Italian Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans (14 1/2 oz.) beef broth
    1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, casing removed, browned
    9 oz. box tortellini
    9 oz. box spinach tortellini
    1/2 lb. cabbage, shredded
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 small red onion, chopped
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 Tbsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
    Add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer until pasta and vegetables are tender, about 15 to 18 minutes.
    Makes 5 quarts.
