Brisket To Brag About - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. brisket
    coarse ground pepper
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Press pepper into meat.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over meat.
    Marinate overnight.
    Wrap meat and liquid tightly in heavy foil for baking.
    Bake for 3 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle with fajita seasoning as baking or bake half the time and finish on grill.
