Ground Beef And Sausage Snack - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. hot pork sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1 lb. Velveeta Cheddar cheese
1 small loaf rye cocktail bread
Preparation

Crumble meat and cook until brown.
Drain fat, then put in cheese (cut up or grated) and toss together until cheese melts. Place spoonful or so on round pieces of bread and put bread on cookie sheet and freeze.
When frozen, remove from cookie sheet and put into plastic bags to store in freezer.
