Linda Reneau'S Toasted Coconut Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1/2 c. coarsely broken pecans
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Stir in coconut and pecans, then pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
