Meal In A Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium size onions, sliced thin
4 medium size potatoes, sliced medium
2 cans fresh sweet corn or cream-style corn
1 lb. pork sausage patties
2/3 c. strained tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Place onions, potatoes, sausage and corn in casserole.
Pour over tomatoes and seasonings.
Cover; bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove cover; bake until meat is done and top is nicely browned.
