Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    2 c. raw peanuts
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup, water and peanuts in a saucepan.
    Boil at high heat until peanuts pop well.
    Stir constantly.
    Should be thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and stir.
    Add soda and stir.
    Pour onto butter cookie sheet. Can break apart when cool.
