Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 C. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 C. Crisco
    1 C. margarine
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    milk
Preparation
    Add salt to flour in a large bowl. Thoroughly cut in Crisco and margarine. Beat egg in a measuring cup; add vinegar, then enough milk to make one cup and stir.
    Add this to flour mixture and combine well. Divide into fourths. Roll each fourth to make one 9 inch pie shell. You can wrap each fourth in plastic wrap and freeze for later use. Just thaw in refrigerator before rolling.
