Low-Fat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg, oil and applesauce.
    Add rest of ingredients and beat.
    Divide into 12 greased muffin pans.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
