Venison Barbecues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 lb. venison, ground
    18 stalks celery
    10 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    10 c. water
    6 envelopes dry onion soup mix
    40 oz. ketchup
    1/2 c. prepared ???
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    3 tsp. pepper
    crushed red pepper (if you want it spicy or to taste)
Preparation
    Brown venison and put in 18-quart roaster. Add other ingredients and mix well. Simmer for 4 to 6 hours.
