Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. grated Parmesan
    4 slices white bread, soak with water and squeeze dry
    1/2 clove fresh garlic, minced
    2 eggs
    oregano, salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with your hands. Shape mixture into balls about 2 inches around (will make about 2 dozen).
    Heat a large skillet with 1 inch of cooking oil to about 325\u00b0 and gently place meatballs in.
    Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning consistently to cook evenly.
    When done cooking, place them on a plate lined with paper towels to soak excess oil before placing in sauce.
    Serve with spaghetti and garlic bread. For leftover meatballs and sauce, melt some Mozzarella on a sub roll and stuff with reheated meatballs.
    Top with Parmesan.
