Meatballs In Brown Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices stale bread
1 lb. lean ground meat
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 egg
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
2 jars Heinz brown gravy
1 can French onion soup
Preparation

Crumble bread and add to meat.
Add onion, egg and salt.
Form balls and roll in flour.
Brown in margarine in skillet.
After all the meatballs are browned, add the gravy and French onion soup.
Cover with lid and simmer for 1 hour.
Good with noodles or rice.
