Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    pinch of marjoram
    salt and white pepper to taste
    8 chicken breasts
    white seedless grapes
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Melt margarine and cool.
    Add mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper.
    Cook chicken breasts, skin and debone and then chop.
    Combine mayonnaise mixture with chicken, toasted almonds and white grapes.
    Refrigerate and serve on lettuce leaf.
