Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. diced fresh apples (not cooked)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream oil, eggs and sugar together.
    Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Stays fresh for days.
