Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    In a covered saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
    Drain well.
    Cool.
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and onion.
    Mix well. Add potatoes and eggs.
    Toss to coat.
    Cover and chill.
