Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 jar dried beets
    2 bunches green onions
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Chop green onion (tips only) and dried beets into small pieces.
    In medium bowl, mix the ingredients.
    Form into a ball.
    Roll in chopped nuts. Place in refrigerator.
    Serve with crackers.
